The first room we received had a musky smell that was intolerable. When we changed rooms we heard noises coming from the room and thought we got a room with people in it. To our astonishment when we opened the door the ceiling of the room was falling down. If we had walked into that room 5 minutes prior, that ceiling would have collapsed on us. The staff all they did was say you'll get two free nights from your stay (we still have not received the compensation). This place is absolutely horrendous from service to rooms to location. I have paid less at much nicer hotels.
