Not a good place to stay
The room was in good condition, but the "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke. The room next door to us was also non-smoking, and a person was smoking just outside the door. The parking lot looked suspicious and unsafe. Parking was scarce. I could not park someplace that I could see my vehicle from my room. I saw people sitting outside one of the rooms with regular household goods in from of their door. It looked like a flop-house.

Convenient location, sketchy atmosphere, stained sheet and bathtub, squeaky beds, few outlets, loud noise from upstairs bathroom, you get what you pay for.

A weekend stay
On a weekend trip to visit friends. Stayed two nights. The fan for the hvac was extremely noisy. On the second night I was awoken by a loud wailing sound (an alarm maybe??). Just not a great experience.
