Great location, great food
The location was excellent, seconds off the main road. Dinner and breakfast were both superb. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a little disappointing, it was ground floor but behind an outbuilding with no view. The hot tubs were a great addition but I’d recommend robes or other outerwear to walk to them from your room.

Room is clean. Staffs are helpful. The hotel has northern lights wake up call. Breakfast has many choices. But there is an issue: one of the hot tub doesn’t work- the water was cold. Hope the hotel can fix it soon.

Very disappointing. We Had so many issues during our stay where basics such as toilet paper were not provided during our stay. We had to request every day… some staff attitude is not to a 4 star standards… we had to leave earlier as could’t put up with it any longer…

Overall a nice place with hot tubs and saunas. Biggest downside was that some of the rooms can only be accessed from the outside, which wasn’t clear when booking. This is inconvenient especially when the whether isn’t pleasant. Our room door also kept getting suck in the locked position. So we had to wait in the cold windy weather while we got maintenance to unlock our door. This happened on multiple occasions. The hotel front desk person simply said that this happens sometimes when it gets cold.
