The house was very pretty and well kept. The property was quite large and had lots of outdoor space available for guests. Some of the rooms had en-suite washrooms but ours did not. It DID have a bathroom for our exclusive use but one had to go out through a small common hallway to reach it.

As close to perfect as a B&B gets! The room and building as a whole are exquisite, and the grounds beautiful. The staff was excellent. This was the best B&B experience we've ever had.

We loved our stay at Briarwood B&B. We found a warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was comfortable and clean. We highly recommend this cozy home away from home.

Host left phone to call her said would be back in a while. Arrived 5 hrs later after we were in bed due early flight. Excessive noise through the night due to plumbing and some other loud noise. Felt some type of note should have been left for us thanking us for stay and expressing acknowledgement that we would not be able to see her for breakfast.

Comfortable bed. Pictures didn't give a clear representation of the room and attached bath. Breakfast was good - eggs cooked to order. When checking out, the host added a tip to the bill - something we didn't authorize or notice until driving away. It left a bad taste to it all.

Spectacular Victorian home.
A beautiful Victorian home - absolutely gorgeous. The beds and linens are first rate and very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and even packed us a 'to go' breakfast as we had to depart very early to catch our flight. Loved this B & B and would definitely recommend.
