Great beach but the general location of the property is a bit isolated. Local grocery store has limited offerings and there are not too many restaurants nearby. We primarily ate dinners in the Gap district.

The manager was super friendly and so very helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Views of the ocean from the deck was fantastic. The cons, not much to do with late teens/early 20’s and we had to run out to buy toilet paper and paper towels because only the first two rolls are on them. Otherwise fantastic property!

When I booked this property I thought it was the upper condo but it ended up being unit 101. After staying there we really loved it. We had a great view of the ocean and a walk out to the pool. It felt that we had our own private pool. The condo was clean and we felt very safe with the security guard was always around. The pool area was kept very clean with their maintenance man every morning. The only disappointment was the ocean was brown and ruff. This could be the time we went before the rainy season. This was mother natures fault not the property. We will return again. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

Great choice for families; great beach
The villas are clean and well appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful (Suzanne, Renae and Andrew). The unit we stayed in was on the ground floor with easy access to the pool (small but decent) and beach (good for swimming). Food in Barbados is extremely expensive so it was good to have a kitchen for self catering. Oistins is less than a 10 min walk and there is a bus stop right outside the unit which can take you anywhere on the island. Don’t miss the awesome roti shop next door.
