No service or standards
Beautiful resort until you look at the details and service. Resort has so much potential to be a 5 star. 3 bed/3 bath villa had no robes, hotel slipper, safety box, King size bed will twin pillows, shower smelled horrible, told not to use the kitchen appliances, no balcony furniture, mildew in the closets, drapes had stains and seen better days, sofa was filthy, used flip flops were left for us to use, no safety locks inside of the main door, room keys were given WITH hotel room number on them (safety issue), not 1 manager was seen thru our entire stay, employee's were paying attention to their Facebook or mobile phones at the beach, pool, restaurants etc. Truly disappointing as this resort could be amazing with some emphasis of service standards. The only great here besides the grounds was the WiFi.

Nice hotel by the beach with 3 pools
We liked the big pool. The water was cold though and sadly the lazy river wasn’t really a lazy river. You couldn’t flood in it and every day at 5 the closed the big pool and you could only use a smaller pool till 6 pm. Overall it was a really nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet. The rooms were big and they gave us an extra bed for my kids. I wished the people there would speak better English. Most of times they didn’t understood what we wanted.

Travelers Beware
I was not at all impressed by this resort. The check in process was fairly smooth, and the resort itself is nice. The spa was relaxing and the pool area was nice. The room we were given was large, but the bathroom was gross. The tub was dirty, the bathroom mirror was peeling and there was mold everywhere. There was rarely hot water and there a few times where the hot water didn’t even turn on, all that came out was air. The last evening we were there someone told the front desk they were locked out of their room and gave them my room number. The staff tried letting them into our room (thankfully had the latch closed) and then left the door ajar all night when they couldn’t get in. The hotel had copies of our passports so I am not sure why they didn’t check Ids before trying to open the door.

Disappointing for the price
I had to change rooms 4 times before I found one that didn't have an over powering smell of moulde. The hotel staff we reluctant to assist me and treated me as if I was seeking a free upgrade. I brought my girlfriend to the hotel during the day who lives locally (Vietnamese) and refused to let her into the hotel and treated her as if she was an escort. The hotel terms and conditions are not listed on their website to plan for this. Overall very disappointing for a self rated 5 star USG $200 per night hotel. Never again
