Most relaxing vacation
Cleanliness is very important to me in a hotel. Hibiscus met and exceeded my standards. As far as the staff, everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating. My only complaint is that I wasn't told that "all inclusive" only includes breakfast. Lunch and dinner has to be purchased separately. Fortunately, there are plenty of affordable restaurant options in the area. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Nothing beats the view from room 10.

Overall our stay was good. Only con was the thermostat was stuck on a certain reading. Consequently, the room was super cold without a blanket on the bed, only a fitted sheet.

Very loud stay
The view from the hotel is beautiful and the hotel is nice. However, the club across the street plays music so loud until 4am, and turns the music up at 2am. We did not sleep for 5 nights because of how loud and jarring the music was throughout the night. We raised it with reception and they were really unhelpful. They were very indifferent to our complaint and requests for a quieter room. If you are looking for a quiet stay this is definitely not the place, even with noise cancelling headphones we could still hear the music through it.
