Nice hotel, rooms are not great but perfectly fine. Great swimming pool, sauna and SPA.
Some spa room not worked and group of people was not culturally.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. First and foremost the lady at check in was extremely rude. Then they placed us on the top floor. There was no elevator servicing this floor we had to carry all of our luggage up the steps. No one even bothered to help. The food was completely and utterly disgusting. I absolutely hated this place and will never go back here. I encourage all of you to find another place to stay!

Lovely escape in Bielsko-Biala
We checked into Papuga after a drive from Krakow. We booked the larger room and were not disappointed, plenty of room for our toddler to run around, safe balcony, clean and check in was very easy. We also ate at the restaurant a few times, both for lunch and dinner and were not disappointed. There were lots of options, and a kids menu that was perfect. The breakfast buffet is also very nice. Staff was extremely helpful and even accommodated requests for evening snacks for our son (room service kanapkis). Spa is very enjoyable, pool is really nice and the treatments were great. Location is out of the city core (quiet residential, not much to do or visit), which was not a problem for us since we had a car rental to get around the city but if you are looking to be closer to the action, you might be disappointed. We had an issue with the AC in our room but staff was extremely helpful and rectified the situation quickly (as a FYI the AC is a floor AC unit, not wall mounted so probably a bit louder than other types).

Generelt et fint ophold, men når man kan se at kunden er fra udlandet, så gør det absolut ikke noget hvis man lige spørger ind til hvordan rejsen har været! Så lidt en mat modtagelse. Maden på hotellet var god.
