Noisy environment but breakfast service impeccable
Hotel is at a very busy exit on a highway. Trucks, bikes and cars make up so much of the noise at night. Sometimes hard to sleep. Not hotels fault though. Construction could have had a better insulation due to proximity to highway exit. The pillows were very uncomfortable, too soft. Personal choice I guess. Room cleaning only upon request. What? I understand due to COVID there is more resistance but really? I need to ask for room service, clean towels, shampoo and soap daily? C'mon ... Breakfast had an abundant of choice. Kelly was simply amazing in the service she rendered making sure that the choices were always full and breakfast was always clean. Just her alone, deserves a 5 star for service. She ran around like a chicken with no head making sure everyone was happy. Great job Kelly! Front desk was very serviceable with restaurant tips but hid too often behind their wall for my liking and, took several minutes for them to show up in front desk to provide the adequate service. I even had to cough a couple of times to let them know someone was in front desk even though they have a camera showing the front lobby. That was a poor customer service. That needs improvement. (I should not even be writing this comment... management should be more awake on how personnel work behind the front desk) Overall, better than average hotel. Will definitely stay there again but next time, will ask for a room in front of the hotel to avoid traffic noises at night.

Everything is good including the employees. But they didn't go beyond. I know they havw short staff obviously coz the food for breakfast was slow in refilling but atleast there was one doing it. But nobody cleaned the tables there for more than an hour. Unlike in other hotels workers were the one cleaning the dining tables. The food was good at and they have good selections. The place is nice but in the room the couches are filthy. Needed an improvement and a better cleaning style. The pillows were only 6 in total of 2 Queen Beds and we didn't care ro ask for more co we know they will come slow. We didn't bother. The access is good to to other places like restaurants , grocery stores, and etc.. The coffee downstairs is always lukewarm. And all the cups were reaching the bottom and nobody refilled them up. No lids and no stirrers. Teas are ok. Employees are nice but not accomodating. We do resorts hopping for more than 20 yrs but this is our 3rd year or 2nd year to do hotel hopping and we don't usually complain. Out of 15 hotels in less than 1.5 yrs this is only my 2nd time to complain. The bathroom tissue's dispenser had a poop and my hubby just cleaned it. Coz we were waiting for somebody to answer the phone from front desk. Nobody answered. That is why my hubby just cleaned it up. Yuck! Thank u again...

We have stayed here a few times when traveling in the past. I have to say the quality of our room has declined. The tub would not drain, therefor became very mucky and slippery. The breakfast, although grateful that it was free, was not being replenished for how busy the hotel was. Our stay was not as good as it has been in the past.
