Excellent service from Nicole at the front desk. We had an issue with the TV. Her coworker was rude and unwilling to help, but Nicole took charge and solved the issue with outstanding professionalism. This particular westin isn’t as nice as other westin properties but they made it up by having Nicole at the front desk.

Could not regulate the temperature in our room Fooled with it all night. Finally just went to sleep. Told management about it the next day. It was no big deal to them as the staff informed us we should have called the front desk and reported it and they would have had someone show us how to regulate it. I have stayed there a few times in the past and knew how to regulate it, it was not working properly and probably still is not operating correctly. Other then this incident, it would have been a great stay.

Loved the loaction. I know with Covid alot of things were not offered or different but overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future when we get back to normal to enjoy all the ammenities :)

We were escaping from the power outages in our own neighborhood. The room was pleasant (KEY: having two reading chairs is important to us...glad to see them), and dinner was excellent.

Everything was great except when we went to go into our room the lock was broke and we got stuck standing outside our room For about 45 mins , can’t say there is any direct blame and given things in this world right now we were very grateful to be able to stay there
