nice apartment but there was not much ventilation and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. The activity on the street was too noisy to sleep with the windows open. Overall very spacious and clean and good location

Tried to check in but gate was locked. No answer on the intercom, or phone. Eventually found a number via website and called. Entry was like fort knox with a safe inside a suitcase and a code, just to get my room key. Very poor.

It needs a revamp
The room we had was nowhere near 4 stars. I had more comfortable bed in an Ibis than here (for the 2nd bed). The heating system made a huge amount of noise and I had to have the room colder just to prevent the damn thing to turn on. It is a pity as it could have been much better than that if the facilities would be upgraded a bit. The location is not too far from the old city. The surroundings are a bit seedy but didn't feel unsafe. We walked all the time without any problems. Enough shops, cafés and backeries around.
