The porters and men at breakfast were good. However they downgraded us rooms and the owner/manager made themself scarce. And never resolved the problem. We were told we had a nice room.
The room wasn't sound proofed, no safe, no pool view, ac never got cold at its lowest temperature.
I didn't get what i paid for, I paid more for a room and was given a cheaper room. And the hotel did nothing about it except say sorry.
Would NOT recommended this hotel.
