One receptionist (taller, dark-hair, elegant young lady) was very welcoming, friendly and helpful in locating nearby restaurant (after a long intercontinental flight) and another receptionist, a younger taller gentleman, behind the receptionist desk on 22-24 April (or so) was very helpful, first, in finding a place for an unplanned extended stay, and helping with securely storing my photographic equipment.

had to book this hotel last minute due to a travel schedule change and this has to be the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The Urban Hotel Bomonti IS NOT as advertised in the photos. The photos you see everywhere online are digitally enhanced and not real. I know firsthand because I checked in, only to find the most disgusting, dirty, unsafe room I've ever seen. To top it all off, the walls had MOLD on them. The worst part was how unsafe this room is. As a solo female traveler, I was appalled at the huge window above my bed that was covered with nothing but a THIN CLOTH. Anything or anyone could have crawled through. I raised the concern to management and they were EXTREMELY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL so I checked out and moved to a safer, cleaner hotel. The "5 star" reviews everywhere are obviously fake because the rooms DO NOT look like that. Also, you can tell that it's fake because all of the "traveler" photos are digitally enhanced. AVOID AT ALL COST. This sorry excuse for a hotel is literally a SCAM AND NOT SAFE. Please see photos for proof.
