Average
Hotel cleanliness could have been better, hallways and elevator weren’t that clean. Found some hair balls in our bathroom. Hard floor in room, no carpet and it felt cold and not very comfortable. Floor was also really worn out as well as dresser corners, needs a good update. Pictures on website looked great but it wasn’t as great in person.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Motel 6. Due to weather and cancelled flights my daughter and I were unable to get to Brandon the night of our reservation. The motel was very accommodating and understanding with the situation and they fully reimbursed our reservation. Though we did not stay at the motel their service was exceptional.
