Very nice, clean hotel. Owner is very friendly and helpful and has excellent Covid precautions in place. The hotel is in a great location within minutes walk from Peasholm Park and North Bay. It has a pretty seating area at the front overflowing with colourful flowers, ideal for taking the sun. I had a single room one the first floor at the front of the house. Very clean with a good firm bed, wash hand basin, hot drink facilities and a wall mounted TV. Lots of drawer space too. Room only which is preferable for me as I wanted to have more flexibility to be up and out extra early in a morning. Shared toilet and bathroom are on the first floor, both very nicely decorated and really clean. On street parking permits available if needed. Excellent price, can't fault i. Would highly recommend.

Manager was lovely and chilled! Checked in at 2 and came back late but wasn’t a problem 😌 stayed with my partner and 3 year old and had a lovely time! Will definitely stay again x
