The longest checking line ever... these guys are crazy, specially the reception stuff they slow or she is slow coz there is only one girl in the reception dealing with thens of customers... that was our check-in But for checkout there was other girl and she was very rude. The smell in the room is terrible... it was like it is closed for years... just terrible hotel specially the stuff. Thanks!

Won't recommend at all!!! I have tried to contact the hotel (booking department and the Reception) multiple times before our arrival and I didn't receive any respond whatsoever - total lack of professionalism and care. Breakfast not included which is ridiculous. Dirty swimming pool and disable airco in the room.

First of all we booked the hotel because it was Ramada hotel Safety standard is zero=open doors to -suicide opportunitie You can easily balance yourself or roommate any item from higher floor Windows open to the inside of the room =you loose space -No windows screen which make additional insects and Muskidos welcome in for free bites Cleanness Zero smoke smell while sleeping all night Bathroom toilets doesn’t flash Room service always absent No tap water you have to buy water Tips : request to see the room and try the bed before checking in it is very important you won’t be deplsapointed The only good positive news you can leave you league for storage for unlimited time even if you don’t stay there Best recommendation is to book one night and keep looking I -Staff are very nice and friendly but not professional at all -Very safe area -if you come from Spain by boat make sure the CAB is only 10 Dirham we got ripped of for 40 Durham when it is walking distance and very safe People can ripe you off if you don’t be careful
