Excellent Front Desk!
I was not feeling well during check in. The front desk staff Dika recommended a hospital and arranged free transport to send me there. He even offered to help us changed our ferry tickets to ensure I can go back to Singapore for emergency treatment. He helped me a lot within a short period of time! Impressed with his service.
