Lovely studio flat
A bit difficult to find the place as there is no sign on the road or on the building.you need to ask local otherwise you will get lost even if it is a just 10 minutes walk from the station.
It s located in a quiet residential area on top a music studio and a small bar.the studio is very clean and has all the basic equipment .

very nice place
this is a very nice place to stay if you do not have heavy bulky luggage.
As there is no lift and the stairway is pretty narrow. so it was pretty difficult to get the bulky heavy luggages up and down during check-in & check-out.

Slightly different than expected
This ain't a hotel in the traditional sense. There was no reception or check-in. When we got to the building we just went up to our room and entered using a passcode. There was a key inside for us to use during our stay. The room was well prepared and comfortable. We had clean linens, dishes to use if desired, and even a washing machine. There's no cleaning service for a stay under five days and of course no room service available. The staff did seem to be available by phone or email of any needs arose. Overall it was a pleasant stay for what we needed (a place to crash after exploring Tokyo)!

Super basic, 2 star apartment
This is a cheap stay in Tokyo and you get what you pay for.
- Bad insulation led all the weather and noise inside, with a cracked window to describe the property well.
- There is nothing to explain the "service" part of the property, as there were even written warnings that if you do not wash your dishes/glasses you will get fined.
- Was there when they were painting the outside. That led to workers shouting from 8 am. If you want to renovate your letting, you temporarily shut it down while you work. You do not announce it AFTER the reservation has been made (that you request to be paid in full).
- Minimal facilities, terribly small "double" bed. You do not need to be a 5 star hotel to provide more that 2 small towels for your guests.
- Internet did not work on the 5th floor.
I would not come back, as in the price vicinity (around +30$) you can find something way better.

A good apartment in a local neighbourhood
This is a good two-bedroom apartment with a separate living area. It had all the necessary facilities including a washer/dryer and kitchenette.
The apartment was clean and tidy, as well as fairly close to the Aoyama-Itchome subway station.
There are also some local restaurants and a convenience store very close.
Overall this was a good apartment and location for a family vacation.

Roomy
It was a little difficult and had to ask neighbors, the addresses in the area are very similar. Liked the spacious of our two bedroom apartment. Great it had a washer/dryer combo but 4 hours to run. Good place for two couples or families.

Fantastic and very comfortable Tokyo apartment in a lovely area, with easy access to Family Mart (around the corner), Transport (three sub-way lines at Aoyama-itchōme Station), and central to great running in any direction.
