Lovely rooms, need higher level of cleaning
Lovely rooms, however not cleaned well. First room was quite dirty so they moved me (upgraded) the second room was a little better, however still wasn’t up to scratch. Offsite parking was about an eight minute walk away, was told it was around the corner initially when I picked up the parking pass, would have been helpful if they offered me to leave my bags while I parked my car instead of me having to carry everything on the long walk to the hotel! Service level was quite poor, lack of information. The manager was really lovely and helpful once i complained about the unclean room but reception staff didn’t seem to be very present in the role.

Lovely hotel
Staff were excellent from reception to restaurant and bar staff. Room Very comfortable with lovely toiletries. A robe would have been nice but all good. We ate breakfast one day which was delicious. Also good location- easy walk to town and river.

Lovely Hotel - Noisy Pipes & No Sleep
Hotel staff and room were great - however the room had a rattling of pipes every 20 minutes that didn’t allow me to sleep. I left more tired then when I arrived which is a shame. The room should not be in operation.
