Excellent location and very good breakfast. The room was clean and the staff very attentive Will definitely return

the roon was clean, our bed were made every day, our towel were changed every day. It felt sefe to leave money in the room. breakfast was rich and tasty.

Very good hotel. Reasonable price makes up for the distance from the old city.

Booked this hotel due to reading positive reviews and due to the fact it had spa facilities to use including a hot tub and sauna. After staying here four nights I defiantly would not return. I believe there are much better Hotels in Braşov with better value for money. We had two single beds pushed together which kept coming apart making it almost impossible to sleep comfortably. When calling reception to see if the issue could be resolved I was told it would be fixed. Yet the next night the same thing happened and once again on the last night to the point we had to sleep sideways on the bed to avoid falling into the hole. We also inquired about the use of spa facilities to be told there is an extra charge of 100 lei which there was no mention of that on the booking site or in the welcome book in the room either. I found this most disappointing as I was happy to pay extra to stay at this hotel because it had spa facilities which I believed to be included where as I could have stayed somewhere which was better value for money. Once again I questioned this at reception and there was nothing she could do. Constant issues with the signal with the TV in the room and with the WiFi keep disconnecting. Was hoping for a relaxing stay and yes it was ok but just very average and personally I don’t believe it was worth the money that we paid.

Great to have tea making facilities, a pity about no room service or breakfast in room. One member of family missed out on breakfast and other meals due to medical condition because of no room service, otherwise a perfect stay. Breakfast and restraint food was very good

The checkin desk and cleaning staff were great. The restuarant staff were unfriendly so we only had breakfast not evening meal. The hotel is generally good with plenty of easy, free parking which was easy to access. The location, while not near the old town is fine as it is off a main route into the town, near a bus stop with a ticket booth, and taxi rank. The taxis are cheap and plentiful so we used them mostly (cheaper for 4 people anyway). We used the hotel bar when we first arrived and sat in the sunshine in front of the hotel, the lady who checked us in brought drinks and was friendly and helpful. During the evening we attempted to use bar, after a long wait one of the resturaunt staff came downstairs to do the drinks, this was obviously a lot of bother for him, he plonked our drinks down, we drank them in the otherwise empty bar (I wonder why) and didn’t bother again. Overall a good value, clean and comfortable place to stay in Brasov, just a shame about some of the service.
