We loved that we were able to checkin early but after that the service went downhill. They couldn’t make change, they couldn’t provide great advice on transportation and seemed to laugh amongst themselves at our expense when we asked questions, they said due to technically issues they couldn’t give us two keys and the safe in the room was locked and we had to request them to come to the room two times to fix it, the first they never showed and the second took forever. It was very bad customer service. Also some of the staff stared at us like we were like animals in a zoo - it was very uncomfortable. We’d previously stayed at the Holiday Inn Jaipur Center City and the experience was so amazing we chose to stay at another holiday inn in India. This one was very disappointing.
