Terrible experience, not recommended
Let’s start with the front desk guy was very nice and helpful. But when we got to the room, the room wasn’t cleaned up, the dirty towels still on the floor in restroom, some kind of small stuffs still in the corner, we weren’t sure what it was so we just kicked the dirty towels and left in the corner. The floor is sticky and hair all over the place. The toilet seat was not in place. The bathroom lock was broken. The door lock need to open upside down lol. Speechless. And we can smell mold in the room. When checking out, we mentioned to the receptionist at front desk the issues. Again she couldn’t fix her laptop to print out my receipt. Then she asked for my email to email me and promised to adjust my bill, now it’s been over 2 days and I still have not received anything from Hyatt place. Overall It was a terrible experience. Not recommended, at all.

NEVER AGAIN
For $300 a night I was extremely disappointed. Yes it is conveniently located and that is the only plus side to this place. Nothing like paying $300 a night and sharing the service elevator with the rude staff. Do yourself a favor a spend the extra $60 an stay down on the beach. It’s worth the 20min drive. Trust me!

The Best Staff !!
Every single staff member was willing to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. They answered questions, gave tips to local restaurants and fishing locations and helped with all amenities. The hotel was clean and no noise despite being walking distance to the airport. But the staff made the stay the best !! Huge shout out to each & every one!

Unprofessional practices / overpriced
Having booked a double queen room six months ago for my family of 4, I never dreamed the hotel would change my reservation to a king prior to my arrival and then claim that I did not make the double queen reservation even when I showed them the hotels.com confirmation. I was told by the front desk staff that they could have helped me if I had made the reservation correctly (even though I clearly had done so!). Then she claimed they were sold out. Two of us ended up having to sleep on a paper thin fold out SOFA BED, yes sofa bed in a $300/night room! They clearly had given away my room and did not want to admit it. Even after all of this, I had to request linens for the nasty couch twice. The room was really dusty as well. I'm assuming I was treated this way because I booked thru hotels.com instead of directly with the hotel. Unless you're traveling alone, I would stear clear of this hotel. Otherwise, you might end up sleeping on an overpriced sofa bed.
