Disrepair and noisey
Check in was slow and at 10pm we had to wait while someone checked theroom was ready. The beds were comfortable and the suite spacious and comfortable. The room was in a terrible state. The bathroom door was off the runner, the shower room blinds didn't work missing window handles, broken tiles under a rug, but the worst was the pumping nightclub noise beating through the suite till 2am.

Train your front desk staff in handling Guest!
The front desk staff is not efficient in doing his work, and make it hard for us in check in he could not find our booking and I need to re-send booking confirmation for us to to check in, after giving the room key he did not inform us which elivator to use and also did not inform us the the guest elivator going to 30th floor is under repair and find it hard to locate the service elivator. Also being very tired with our flight due to the delayed the front desk staff forget to activate the room key and we have to go down again to have the key activated very hassle.

We booked a 2 bedrooms suites, very spacious and big. Really comfy for a family. Outside was the view of KL tower, nice ambience too. What was not very nice is when you trying to contact the housekeeping or the front desk thru the in-house phone, they won’t pick up the phone! The detergent for the dishes was not enough, the lift was damn damn slow. And the curtains can’t close properly allowing lights shining thru at night.
