Pay a little more and avoid this hotel
I dont understand how anyone can give this property better than 3 points. It is Not located anywhere near any stores, restaurants, the pool is constantly dirty with leaves and debris, the food is expensive for Philippines and the quality they provide, and they make you responsible for anything out of order in the unit. I had to pay for a glass table top we didn't even use or noticed until they made me pay for it. They almost made me loose my flight while Inspecting room. Extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. I am a world traveler and Never encountered a hotel to treat guests this way. Do not recommend at any price.

Average hotel. Service of cafeteria staff excellent. Service and response from front desk and maintenance slow and sloppy. In bathroom the faucet was like a stick shift and toilet seat kept sliding. Informed front desk, told us in evening it was fixed but they still shook, rattled and rolled. Exterior landscaping is good.

Whilst i love using Expedia due to its accurate representation of properties on this occasion we were vastly desillusioned. The property is not walking distance from close amenities in Puerto Princesa as stated. The internet connection was poor and intermittent. There was ongoing construction starting at 9 am right outside of our room and music playing loud until 11 pm. We raised matters upon arrival with manager Aida who did affirm that everything was walking distance but the rest of the staff confirmed the opposite . Aida explained that no cancellation was offered due to us booking through Expedia. The noise and inconvenient location pushed us to leave after two nights., we did ask for a change in room but were advised the hotel was fully booked. We mentioned to the staff we were departing due to the noise but they did not understand our English and replied with a polite: OK Ma'am thank you. I attempted to contact Expedia but had no phone access to report this asap. We would like to be reimbursed for the nights we did not stay: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I thank you for taking my feedback into consideration. Maria
