Great stay and lovely suites
We had a few hick ups during our stay but Karam the front of house manager and Badie one of the staff members and everyone else made sure everything was rectified and that our stay was brilliant. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend the swim up suites.

Everything was perfect except that not all places are accessible e.g. royal pool, cabins at the beach with extra charge.. Beach is far from room and lot of stairs but buses are always available.. pools were clean specially the relaxation pool.. Staff was kind and helpful.. Food was good but limited variety..

COVID-19 precautions are poor!
This was my third stay at this hotel! By far it was the worst stay compared to last two times! We reserved three rooms! The rooms were spacious and nice, room service was also good, outdoor areas were clean as well! However, the worst parts were the Food, and COVID 19 precaution. As for the food it was not good at all, made in a rush, sometimes raw! Safety precautions due to COVID 19 were very poor, u will only find some banners and sometimes they check on temperature before entering the restaurant. however no social distancing were taken seriously neither at the beach/pool nor at the Main restaurant which is always very crowded and no space between tables! Most staff were not wearing gloves while handing out things to you.
