Staff were amazing! Laura who cleaned our room was exceptional. As was the young woman who operated the towel check out. Concierge Getsemani was so courteous and helpful and Mario at the lobby bar was excellent.

The Azul Grand is a wonderful property, gorgeous views from every room. The grounds and pools are beautiful, love visiting. The landscaping is so pretty

The check-in set an abysmal tone for the stay. 10 calls to their toll-free number to add AND PAY for my guest and NO ONE RESPONDED! 7 emails went out AND NO ONE RESPONDED! I EVEN SHOWED THEM THE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS . The issue was finally resolved but this should never have happened!

The property is amazing and facilities are great. The SPA is top notch and reasonably priced. The pools are great and the view of the ocean is amazing! Restaurants are great for dinners, but overall food quality if not amazing. Especially the buffet it is just ok. It seem mainstream and made for the masses. I expected better juices, the juices they serve are boxed and not fresh made like in most Mexican restaurants. Also not a lot of milk alternatives like almond milk. The breakfast is pretty much the same every day and after day 3 you are done with it. Variety would be really good. There are plenty of activities for everyone adults and kids and they have a kids club so you will not be bored at any point in time. The pools are great and the hot tubs are enjoyable. The beach is not huge but it is perfect during low season, you can always get a bed and it never felt crowded. The view from the beach is amazing. It is a lovely area. And the stroll by the beach is also really nice. I would certainly come back and I would re omens this place to anyone visiting.

Absolutely gorgeous rooms with ocean views. Spectacular relaxing pools including an infinity pool with bar service. Food was ok, but they have a large selection. We will return.
