The stay was good but the Hotel does need some touch ups, some of the rooms need servicing, we changed rooms once when a bed leg fell. They need to add more items to the menu. The staff were friendly. We were in transit to Malawi, if ever in transit, would definitely stay here again

Not Happy
On arrival they gave us room's One room had mold on the walls and that made my bussiness partner have sinus and that gave him nose bleeds durinf the night The water was brown then bkack and you could not use it Then we moved to new rooms and no hot water we had to run your shower for 45 to 60 min before you could shower waiting for hot water Only have one lady cleaning the entire floors rooms Only by 4pm our rooms was cleaned On complaining nothing was done In the restaurant HILL SONGS was played from open tine till coaing time same songs over and over and freaking over Order a T Bone and recieve a jonior tiny t bone of some sort and the worst is it took an hour to cook it The service of the food is slow The bar had no lemon for 5 days Then they havent got this then that The worst is the menu give you option and only 3 items is availble mever have prawns or calamari or this or that Will never stay at any of the VIP Hotels again Realy disappointing.

Nice place
It is good for leisure and resting. We moved rooms 3 times. 1 no TV and fridge 2. Fridge not working. 3 air-conditioning problem but we stayed. No face towels for washin only common drop soap no lotion and don't even talk of tooth paste as seem far from it but at cheapest rates of $142 per nite. Mmmmmmmmm mmmmmm...... check it

Good standard international hotel
Possibly the best hotel in town but situated in its own enclave surrounded by a very poor district making it unsuitable for going for a walk outside the grounds. Hotel transfer is offered, I missed out (probably my own fault).
