The staff was friendly and the room what you may expect. The breakfast was nothing special but OK. The area is OK but somewhat run down looking from window in room (demolished buildings)

No hot water 4 of the 7 days. The card readers in the elevators did not function part of the time. The Internet was extremely slow. The desk clerk bought a Sim card for my phone and put it in. He told me it cost $19. I also tipped him $5 for putting it in my phone. I found out later it only cost $10 for 2 weeks of service.

Laura and Benjamin at the front desk were very helpful. The hotel is very clean and modern. However, The WiFi was very slow. There was no hot water the last 4 days of my stay. Also on two of the days cold water was only available off and on. The card reader in the elevators were very finicky. Sometimes it took 4 or 5 tries for them to work.

The property was nice with good service (they were able to provide an early check-in and late checkout), but if returning to Panama City I would prefer a location closer to the water/ Ave Balboa.

I have family that live very close to the property, so I like the convenience. Dislike- the property only gave one bottle of water even though there were two people in the room. The breakfast was cold each morning. The Cold foods were served cold, but the hot foods were COLD as well. Maybe there was a problem with the burner ??? We did call it their attention.
