Nice break
The bed was comfortable but it would have been better if there was a choice of pillows. Parking (like all parking in Whistler) is super expensive. Would be nice if they included parking in the room rate.

Avoid this hotel
So terrible I left after a few hours. They don't provide adequate covid documentation and force you to sign away your rights for a room. Poor cleaning and even worse staff customer service. Avoid it!

would stay again. Great location.
Great place with great amenities and very well situated in the village and by the ski hill. I would stay here again. The sauna is a fun touch and the loft style rooms are great. Bed was comfy, kitchen was well set up. My only issue is the 1pm parking time check out. If you go out skiing in your check out day that’s just so inconvenient. 3 or 4pm checkout time should be standard. Not 1!

Feeling Safe in January Trip
A really good trip and we both felt safe during our visit. Only thing that added a bit of stress was checking in at 8 pm and being told we needed to be out of parking lot by 1 pm. Staff were able to accommodate an extended parking stay so it all worked out.

Great location. Room had mountain view and loft layout was great for 3 people. Wondered why earplugs were provided until snow plows and trucks arrived at 4a.m through 7a.m. Close to restaurants and lifts. Would stay again.

Staff are great. Ashley is super friendly. However, the bed was not clean. The carpet was not clean. We found a lot yellow spots on the bed. Bedsheet was apparently not clean enough for us to enjoy the holiday. Living room has no heat. Called for the maintenance, never showed up. Fortunately we had the fireplace for the heat. We just didn’t bother the front desk anymore because it was Christmas Eve. Didn’t want to bother anyone.
