Our stay was amazing from the very beginning. Han helped us check in and explained all of the amazing activities and restaurants at the resort. After checking in my wife was able to connect with her on Whatapp and she was able to arrange restaurant reservations and activities even while we were on the go. Our room was beautiful and we were welcomed with cookies, a fruit bowl, and a wonderful aromatic oil diffuser. The activities team is absolutely amazing. We took a scenic photo tour of the resort including the hill nearby with its beautiful overlook. Bamboo dancing was very fun and the activity team helped us learn the dance in a very open and welcoming way. Our son (6 years old) loved all of the activities and the team was great with kids. A few other activities that we did: - Boat ride on the canal with Santa - Bamboo cup painting - Seashell picture frame making We stayed over Christmas, and there was a pop up children’s corner with a bouncy house, balloons, and face painting. I was very impressed by the amazing work of the activity team. The pool is great. When arriving the pool staff finds a space just for your family and sets up the towels for you. The lazy river is very long and a great thing for the kids to explore. It’s one giant pool, but it winds around and has various spots that make it feel like 6-7 different pools. The grounds are kept exceptionally clean and it’s a beautiful resort to walk around.

Amazing hotel! Easily would stay here again!
An incredible resort! We loved being there and enjoyed all the festivities for Christmas! It was a wonderful Christmas and appreciate all the wonderful hospitality. I would say the only downside to it all was that we were very far from the city and any touristy things.

Had a shocking experience during breakfast when I found a sharp piece of broken glass inside my jar of yogurt. Fortunately my tongue saved me from a serious internal injury. Brought to the attention of the supervisor/ manager but the situation seemed to have fallen on deaf ears or swept under a rug. Friendly staff and good food, but there appears to be a lack of senior management running this establishment.

It is like being on an island resort, without having to transfer to an island. The resort is spectacular and the staff are wonderful. The beach is clean and has lifeguards on duty. There are no locals using the beach and as a consequence no hawkers. The main pool is massive and offers plenty of opportunity to create space from others. A downside of the resort is that it is not a true Vietnamese experience and you pay global resort prices for food and beverages. There are no local villages within walking distance to buy goods and experience the Vietnamese culture. There is a mini mart at the nearby golf club, that sells snacks and take-away beers a bit cheaper than the resort. I recommend a stay at the resort as part of your Vietnam trip, rather than making it the focus. Regardless, you will find the resort incredibly beautiful and will fall in love with the staff.

Great resort hotel with various options for everyone’s tastes. Is getting back to pre- covid occupancy levels. The grounds are very nice with a great beach, some of the hotel needs a little maintenance but the staff and service was always great and helpful.
