Palmyra Patong Resort

The support of staff during this time of unknow( corna 19 virus). Every day pesented new challenges for tenants. I hotel management did everything that was possible to keep us informed.

This a very simple small property. Small pool area. I can't imagine a full hotel and this small pool. Beach is close walk. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Room was clean and a very nice room. Pool room. I recommend. Nice lobby. Great service and very nice staff here. That's my experience. Good price. Fantastic location. A five minute walk or less in any direction. You have everything you need. Everything. Want not so fancy and small. This great. I do recommend this hotel. Might want breakfast out on the road. Lots of food

Showers need updating but very friendly staff all in all was a good stay

My flight was rescheduled because of the outbreak coronavirus, booking was not sure for me. Thank you for the hotel management team, they are helpful and always reply to me. We enjoy by stays in Palmyra very much! We love the hotel and the foods so much ! Cheap price with high CP value. I already booked 11nights again on July. My favorite hotel

Phi phi open sewers stimk same as Phuket but thats Thailand you can end up in poor accommodation but this was a nice comfy aircon room clean and for price was adequate great location 5 mins from everywhere with a small secluded private pool nice too. Remember your on an island n Thailand needs to tidy up the mess. Would stay here again. Deluxe room we were in.

Noisy people outside the pool late in the night at 2am

The hotel is great. I am not into fancy dinning halls, or other stuffs. Next to Paylmyra is Novotel, a fancy hotel at double price. This hotel is great fo the price. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, breakfast is good. I would recommend staying there.

Nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and good AC. Friendly staff. Hotel is a bit tired looking.

The property itself is well laid out, clean, well maintained and in the perfect location. It's set back from the road so you don't hear anything. It's close to the beach and night life, bit yet far away enough that you don't have the traffic and all night partying on your door step that you would have elsewhere. The food at the restaurant was very good and breakfast was simply but tasty and more then enough. The room are big, spacious, clean and the AC works amazing. Only thing bad about this place is that the wifi is terrible on the rooms at the best of times, and in the evenings or morning when everyone is still in their rooms forget even trying to use it. The resort really needs to invest in placing routers on every floor and not just down by the pool and lobby.
