Peace of mind
My stay was ok there was some issues that I ended up adjusting to. The heat in the room was unstable, so I slept in my coat for 4 nights. The remote control didn’t work. The battery was changed the. The remote was changed and it still didn’t work. The blow dryer was used 2 minutes then turned off. I was unable to turn it back on. I did not want to stress myself about added issues. So I felt with it. Other than that my stay was fine.

Below my expectation
The tap hot water was super hot and need a warning sign. The customer self had to find a parking. Nearby Street parking is very hard to locate. Room TV remoter not working. TV program is not user- friendly. Overall, it was a little bit below my expectation compared with other Holiday Inn hotel I went before.

My stay was pretty good. The room/bathroom were clean. My stay was fairly quiet for the location and the staff was attentive. The heater was broken but was quickly fixed once I phoned it in. My disappointment was the wifi. It simply stopped working and never came back on. I hope that’s fixed.

I had a terrible experience staying at this Hotel. First of all, the room I booked was already taken and the receptionist straight up told me that I can either cancel my booking or look for a different room. After 20 mins of arguing with the hotel staff, they checked me in to a small room with double beds. Secondly, No room service was provided even after requesting it a couple of times. Lastly, the elevator sucked!! The car reader was broken and the elevator jammed up every time. Terrible hotel!! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Bed Bug Infested!!!!
Horrible experience. My boyfriend and I were bitten all over from bed bugs and the employees did nothing to help. We left at 4am the next day asked for a refund and were told it would be issued right away. It’s been 7 days since that horrifying night and still no refund :(
