Weekend stay
Comfortable rooms and breakfast included. Fast, helpful and friendly check in and out. We were in the main lodge, which could use a little bit of an update, but things were clean and maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room had a mini fridge and microwave which made a COVID hotel stay much easier as we could make some food without needing to interact with others as much.

Great location in Lake Louise
Great stay , updated room, decent breakfast , convenient ski shuttle , excellent location Only downside was the WiFi which kept disconnecting and the room was a little small. Despite this I would book here again !

Skiing Lake Louise
Nicely updated rooms with space for a family to have basic meals in-room. Breakfast included was quite good (even with pickup only due to covid).

Good stay!
It was very comfortable and the staff is excellent and accommodating. Extremely noisy upstairs neighbours were quickly advised by staff and to dial it back, which was appreciated.

Was a great easy stop after a full day of adventuring. The bed was comfy. But the room was surprisingly dirty, including toothpaste marks on the mirror, ketchup dried on the desk and the microwave, coffee maker, kettle were really gross with dirty finger marks. The couch and curtains also had lots of noticeable food and dirt and sort of marks. Would stay again... just wish during a pandemic they knew what cleaning and disinfecting meant.

We had a wonderful stay here!
We had an amazing stay here! The two attendants at check-in seemed genuinely happy to be there and they were wonderful to talk to. We got a huge dump of snow during our first night that cut out the satellite TV (with twin 5 year old boys you can imagine how no TV could be an issue for a couple parents who want to sleep in) but they were very apologetic and even offered us Jenga for in the room. The room itself was spacious and clean, although I wish we had brought our own pillows as there’s were quite flat. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of great options and was easy to access. The location is great as well, about 5 minutes to the ski hill and about 5 minutes to the lake. Every person we interacted with was so friendly and happy to be working there. We base a lot of our stays on customer service and we will definitely be back here this year!

We stayed two nights and skied two days. The beds were comfy and the staff were very kind and informative. I would definitely come back. Like that there was free breakfast even though we didn’t get it.
