Had my property stolen on Saturday November 7
I forgot my cell phone charger (cable and brick) and called the hotel just 15 minutes after I checked out and asked the front desk to keep it for me and I would pick up later in the afternoon. When I stopped to pick up, it wasn’t there. Front desk went to look in the room and it wasn’t there either. Somebody stole it. If I haven’t called just 15 minutes after I left, I wouldn’t be upset. But front desk was too lazy to send someone to my room and secure my property for me, so it disappeared later on.

bad service to me
I asked for one more set of towels the overnight worker accused me of having more people than I said I would have. Crazy thing I hade my daughter, son another lady and myself. I would love an apology. On top of that we are on a family trip getting together feeding the kids apparently someone was mad because we were talking and laughing.

Pleasantly Surprised
The hotel was clean and staff was extremely pleasant. My wife and I decided to stop as we were traveling from Northern Georgia back to our home in Texas. We were tired and decided that we needed to stop and rest for the night. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.
