It’s really near downtown Queretaro, just before all crowds gather and away from noise and loud music. In front of Alameda park, very convenient location and great view.

Check-in process was slow and inconvenient. Had to wait for a 15 mins to be attended and then another 15 mins to get a room ready when I had already checked in. Room keys did not work properly, access to elevators was by using a the room key which was also not working. Front desk was not helpful.

The room was very clean. However, the wifi didn't work - I had almost no signal. They moved me to another room (not as clean), where I received full wifi signal, however the internet still didn't load. They explained that it was because other guests were using it. This is unacceptable. You can't advertise free wifi if it doesn't allow all guests to use it. I had to hotspot and use my cellular data.
