Quick developing area, business center. So it was very interesting neighbourhood. Hotel itself very good, can't say any less. Room just feels like home.

Great hotel really well located but there were no slippers or bathrobe in the room and in winter this is not very comfortable at all as there are no carpets in the room so the floor is very cold. Also no amnesties in the bathroom such as body lotion, shower caps, toothbrush and toothpaste etc.

Everything was as expected from quality perspective. The only issue was that the local taxes were not calculated in the hotels.com price and had to be collected at the hotel.

We had an Emergency announcement. According to announcement we got out of building immediately. After then we didn’t hear any situation explanation.There was no following information by hotel.No one from hotel appeared to customers

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. I booked my hotel room over 6 months prior to my stay. Received an email a couple of days before saying they had overbooked and there was no room for me and I had to stay at another hotel which was incredibly inconvenient. Why did you single me out to move hotels when clearly I had booked my room way before others? Then you put me in a room that had a generator or something running 24 hours a day. I complained several times to move but nobody ever did anything. The staff all knew there was an issue with the room. I paid over €2,000 for this stay and to be treated like this is appalling. To be offered 1 complimentary beer or soda at the bar as a way of dealing with the issue is so embarrassing.
