The hotel is just a 10 minute ride from Schiphol Airport, its conveniently located near public transportation which was easy to use, some convenient shops and supermarkets, small restaurants, a large park, Amsterdam Bos, a botanical gardens, other small parks, Synagogues, and there appears to be parking in the area. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and well kept. The hotel staff were courteous, warm and helpful at every turn. THe breakfast was inviting and a great start to the day. The wifi worked well and when I had a problem the staff solved it immediately. The room has a TV that worked well, the water pressure was perfect, the beds clean and comfortable especially the pillows, Room service is later in the day which was inconvenient for us as we returned about 6PM to find the polite staff wanting to first clean the room. We asked for earlier service the next day. THere are no closets but shelves and hanging area , There is a coffee and tea area in your room , At the reception area there is room in a communal fridge and safe. A public computer (and I think printer) is near the entrance as well as a public TV, flavored water and seating areas. The hotel is tastefully decorated, an oasis of peace and quiet with great service. If you need ANYTHING you can ask

When I booking ,i saw premium tv channels but I saw , some were not even working , I complained twice but nothing happen, very bad service and also I ask ,if I can use computer , there was no mouse , told the reception , she came to see but did not return
