Loved everything about this place! Our room faces the front of the hotel and looked right out at the Eiger. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would recommend this property to a friend and I hope I have the chance to go back!

Rooms were spacious and balconies allowed great views. The bedding was not up to standard I expected with pillows extremely uncomfortable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. 1. Room: The room has a really fantastic Eiger view! 2. Staff: When we first asked how turn on the fireplace, the staffs answered that it is just a model. After we noticed it is not a model, however, they finally turned on it within a second. Their attitude was so terrible.
