The location was great, the staff were not helpful and a bit rude, the prices were expensive! I felt like everything was a bit overpriced for the quality. Overall I would give this place a 5/10.

Friendly and good service
It nice and the size of the room is good with a baby. Hotel have many facilities and a Family Mart is just 3min walk from the hotel.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The massage was excellent. The breakfast buffet has so many options and is delicious. The beds aren’t very comfortable, but everything else was excellent.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. There were rainy days where we couldn't go anywhere, so the beach just next to hotel and the indoor pool helped the kids to get engaged and to have fun.
