    Innenstadt - gute preisgünstige Bleibe ;O)

    Ich benötige das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen. Es war ruhig, alles sauber, reichlich Raum (Platz) und für die leidigen Raucher gab es ein extra Raucherbalkon > was ich sehr begrüßt habe! > denn meistens wird man vor die Tür verbannt! Frühstück für meine Vorstellung gut und reichlich. Zur Innenstadt ein Katzensprung und zum Bahnhof gut 15 min zu Fuß. Also alles im grünen Bereich. Wer also eine günstige Bleibe sucht in Rosenheim, ist hier gut bedient! - DANKE!

    It's fine, as a overnight stay while traveling

    It's fine for the price. We spend the night there, during our trip to Italy. The bathroom was clean and modernized. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There are many free parking spaces about 300 m away from the hotel. The location is very central and nearby many restaurants and shops.

    Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, direkt in der Stadt, Das Frühstück war gut,. Leider hatte unser Zimmer keinen Wlan Empfang. Es war Zimmer 7. Das Problem ist wohl dort bekannt. Man muss sich bewusst sein, das es auch keinen Aufzug gibt. Die kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit ist zu Fuss knapp 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren sonst zufrieden. Das 3-bett Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Vielen Dank

    Uns hat es überhaupt nicht gefallen, der Flur ist grauenvoll dunkel und die Zimmer sind sehr lieblos eingerichtet, jedenfalls unseres. Außerdem wurde der sog. Lattenrost durch ein Brett ersetzt. Wohlfühlen ist was anderes. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Hotel abgebrochen und sind umgezogen, was für eine Wohltat. Die arme Frau an der "Rezeption" tut mir leid !!

    Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, so daß wir immer in den dritten Stock zu unserem Zimmer aufsteigen mußten. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Betten sind sehr kurz. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich, und an der rezeption erhielten wir gute Tips zu Restaurants.

    Kleines aber ausreichendes Zimmer, neu gemachtes Bad, bei offenen Fenster war die Strasse sehr laut zu hören - geschlossene Fenster haben Lärm aber gut abgehalten. Gute Lage, Frühstück war OK.
