People that work at this facility are not very friendly. My wife and I were visiting Holland from America and we’re disappointed with the service of the personnel there and cleanliness of our room. Our room was not swept and basic amenities missing, such as enough soap for two people, Kleenex, etc. Advertised internet service was poor and the TV remote did not work. Workers there were not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel was very cold, unable to turn off the build in ventation in 2 rooms i was finally given a room with no cold ventalation. Staff were very helful diring this process. I stayed here on business visiting from uk, just a word of warming, there us no translation of anything inti english. Bar menu etc. Not a problem as long as you have google translate and staff are happy to help. Very nice rooms, no hanging clothes space in standard rooms. Overall good value for the money

Nice hotel to stay - like a chalet in the Alps
Nice hotel even if not interested in ski. It feels like a chalet in the Alps due to the wood everywhere, restaurants and of course the ski slopes. Good breakfast. Hope that the restaurant were closing a bit later than 22:00 as some were still skiing.

Loved it. Great location and the room was above expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning during the Summer months, as the outdoor activity area looks great too.

Good choice for skiing
The heating was not working in the room and it was a cold night. I would recommend the hotel if you intend to go skiing there. Great indoor ski slope.
