Best customer service I’ve ever had
I enjoyed the stay at Stora Brännbo mostly because the customer service I have received. The staff were very friendly and professional. They go the extra mile to help your stay special even at the time of departure. It was very hard to reserve taxi to the airport in time for my flight. The nice lady at the reception arranged for me and another hotel customer, a ride to the airport on the house. I like the fact that the hotel is located out of the city so you can see the nature. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel has a nice sauna to relax and a decent gym for those who want to move/exercise. Good breakfast with a huge selections of food.

This is a lovely little motel/hotel. Room was small but very well appointed. There was a very convenient vanity and mirror in the rooms entryway. Also this little foyer provided a separation between the bathroom and sleeping area. Very nice when sharing. Sadly the breakfast was not as good as some places. My main complaints are poor coffee and limited cut up fresh fruit.

close to airport (when going by car)
chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport (note that this applies only when going by car, otherwise the excellent Arlanda Express train service from Stockholm is just as good); surrounding not too exciting, all residential with no outside food options; room too hot with no airco (maybe I missed something as the bathroom had floor heating turned on it seems); room on the small side even though we had a family room; excellent breakfast; overall expensive given the room.

Friendly staff. Very nice restaurant. Decent price. Poor room. Very small to say the least with thin walls and little effort to block out the sun. For one night it is ok but I wouldn’t recommend more.

Inte ett hotell för par
Mycket tråkiga rum, kala väggar utan tavlor. Bilderna ser annorlunda ut! Finns inga dubbelsängar att få på hela hotellet, endast ihopställda enkelsängar trots att Hotels utlovar dubbelsäng. Som par var inte dessa mysiga att ligga i då de åker isär. När vi kom fanns ingen plats i loungen då det var skaldjursbuffé och fullbokad. Tråkigt. Så vi fick gå ner till stan för att ta en öl. Frukosten var dock mycket bra! Säkert bra som konferenshotell men inte för par.
