I have stayed there 4/5 times and the staff are really good. Hotel rooms also. Usual complaint that nearly all of the tv channels are in Spanish. There have a very flexible approach to breakfast which shud be good but the quality of the food is poor. Its only a small thing but they serve the scrambled eggs at 05,55 in a hugh plate and they are almost inedible by 0630. They should learn to bring out more smaller servings.

La habitación tenía algunas fallas, que finalmente reportamos en recepción. La regadera funcionaba muy mal La secadora de cabello no funcionaba, hacía ruidos y con olor a quemado El seguro interior de la puerta, estaba roto y no funcionaba

Limpieza áreas comunes
Encontré que la zona de alberca estaba muy sucia y al reportar el problema en recepción, me indicaron que tenían poco personal y que cuando llegaran les comentarían para que realizaran la limpieza. Comentaron que tal vez hubo una reunión en tiempos de Pandenia y por ello estaba sucio, lo cual no justifica lo sucio del área.
