I need to rave about this hotel and its very pleasant owners. Excellent experience for a very reasonable price that starts with a fun and imaginative decor throughout the building, super hospitality from the owners, cleanliness, and a deluxe breakfast buffet lacking absolutely nothing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and was sorry I could only stay for one night. The rental also included local bus transit, but the hotel is located in the heart of this lovely small town, and is surrounded by beautifully upkept historic buildings.

Gem in northern Black Forest
Old world lodge in the northern Black Forest small village of Dobel. Hosts Marina and Sergei provide warm welcome and friendly service. Delicious breakfast included. Rooms reasonably priced and location close to spa towns Bad Wilbad, Bad Liebenzell , and Baden Baden. A real gem.

The finest hotel I have ever lived in. Country style from out and ultra modern inside. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Hot omlets made to order. Really nice couple that runs this beautiful hotel. Better than 5 star Hilton or Marriott.

Toll gelegen, kostenlose Parkplätze. Super freundlicher Empfang. Es geht schnell und professionell. Die Flure, das Treppenhaus, alles mega gepflegt und super schön ausgestattet. Das Zimmer groß, alles neu, alles toptoptop. Das Bett riesig, die Matratze ein Traum. Viel Platz, viel Licht, top wifi. Alles absolut perfekt.

Optisch ein absoluter Hingucker.
Selten so ein außergewöhnlich und gleichzeitig geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel gesehen, das abends zudem sehr schön beleuchtet ist. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.Hier macht man nichts falsch. Warum gibt's nicht mehr von solchen Hotels die sich irgendwie optisch vom Einheitsbrei unterscheiden?

Grauenvoll eingerichter
Hotel eignet sich für Personen mit sehr schlechtem Geschmack. Alles Üble der 70er und 80er Jahre war vereint. Teppich, Wände, Möbel schäbig und dunkelbraun, Schummerlicht und Flackerlichter. Dusche mit Vorhang, Zimmer war sehr klein, Personal war bemüht und es war einigermaßen sauber.
