Close to Railway Station
Great location, however we were somewhat disappointed to find our Comfort room was smaller than our son's standard room. The shower was amazing and the bed comfortable. Nice touch to have free mini bar with water, juice etc. Was difficult getting our cases up spiral staircase to the third floor.

Great, funky hotel with super friendly staff!
Great, well priced, funky, small hotel with some of the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever met. The room was smallish but well organized. The hot and cold breakfast was good. The hotel is approximately 5 minutes walk to the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Capitol. The area is a mixed bag with a number of food options nearby. Higher end restaurants and shopping is approximately 10 to 15 minutes walk toward the centre of town. Wifi was strong and reliable. There is no elevator but staff are very helpful with bags.

Station access
The hotel is located in a good location close to the station, however the corridors to the room and flight up was in relatively poor shape and left a lot to be desired. It's not good value for money when you find the bath tub to be actually in the room.

Young woman on business trip
No lift. So be careful if you have suitcases. The area is not the best. Not much around and a little unsafe. But very close to the train station and easy to reach other parts of the city by metro and tram. The staff is very friendly and helpful so that weighted up the overall satisfaction

Near the Toulouse train station
The front desk staff was great. Spoke good English and were very helpful regarding the town and our stay, The breakfast was perfect for an early morning departure. Wonderful breads and fruits, plus more. Fresh squeezed juice. The room was very clean. The futuristic shower was certainly interesting. Didn't use all the bells and whistles, like the radio, fan, steamer, and who knows what else the push buttons were for. Hotel M is definitely a good option if you want to be near the train station. It's right across the street.
