Early flight next day we decide to stay near airport. We were not expecting anything. As soon as we arrived very early then usual checkin we were greated by an amazing lady full of energy and information She offered an alternative room as we were very early which turn out super cool ( stairs required ). Sure clean bed was so comfortable great water pressure for shower. She recommended a very good restaurant 250 metres away so we were able to walk and drink. Strongly recommend this place

The hotel is not in the best part of town, but close to FCO. Room clean, and after we were moved to a larger room( not the attic room ), it was nicer. The air conditioner never blew cold air. It is more like a fan. You really need cool air, to help with the humidity. To the nice owner; please do not put those scent diffuser bottles in the rooms. They are too strong, and sweet smelling. I noticed several out in the hall. I suppose that other guest removed them from their rooms also.

Great property. We stayed for two days, until our flight left. Very nice apartment, location was good but a little far from airport or the small beach cities near by. There is a bus that goes to both the airport and the beach cities that passes the hotal every hour. Price was reasonable and over all one of our best stays in Europe.
