Odd to say the least
Service was great, they called to check arrival time which was nice. Checkin was easy, though it was booked as pay at venue but they charged the card the day before. The room was adequate but had some shortcomings. One being the toilet was child size and very low for a mature guest. There was a large fake plant which is very dated and it was so dusty! Our main complaint is that the unit was not level. This made me very uneasy on my feet as I have fallen over previously and so very conscious of maintaining balance which was unnerving here. It also meant the bed was on a decline towards the head, so we were not level for sleeping. Odd that it was clearly built this way as you can see from the photo at the door As a footnote, the rug was almost glassy in its slipperiness and both of us had to catch ourselves on it.

All the staff are very friendly and the service is very good! I left a thermos bottle in the locker in the hotel's hot spring. with a phone call, the hotel staff delivered it to my villa. Also the food in the restaurant is delicious.The villa is very clean and the stay is very comfortable. I will stay again next time!
