The room was absolutely gorgeous! Staff were so welcoming from the moment we got off the cab. Everything felt magical
No es común y ahí está la magia. Una galería de arte el lugar
I never write reviews but this property was so incredible and the staff was soooooo amazing that I felt everyone should know! The best food, views, facilities, and staff in Mexico! Edwardo at the front desk was the most gracious host! We will definitely be staying there again.
This is a very complicated place to review.. I have so many mixed feelings about it. This place is filled with both highs and lows. The highs.. the beach, the room, the cocktails, & art is all amazing!!!! The lows... lunch/ dinner, no TV, and the bed was firm for me... my girlfriend did not like such a hard mattress. The beach was incredible! By far one of the best beaches I have ever been on. The water was so warm! They clean the beach every morning. If you want to wake up to see the sunrise, make sure you use mosquito repellent and wear long sleeves & pants. They do spray mosquito repellent around the beach and bungalow areas, so after breakfast you don’t need to worry about the mosquitos. The breakfast was filled with a lot of Mexican options.... I love it! I’m in Mexico, I want to eat Mexican food! Both lunch and dinner menus felt limited. All I wanted was a great taco in Mexico, but I couldn’t find it on any of the menus. They should really redo the menus. Every single cocktail was amazing, everyday I was there! We took an art tour that was really nice around the property. The spa on the rooftop was still underneath construction. You can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet, because you’re in the jungle. Don’t book a cab through the concierge, book your transportation through Expedia you’ll save a lot of money...I paid $80 & the taxi wanted almost $200. I had a beachfront room, and literally walked out of my room on to the beach every morning!!!
perfect!!!
The service and the ambience were excellent. The restaurants were also really good.
This place was rather lacking in a few areas for a hotel that charges such a highly nightly rate. As a person who needs to do business when I travel (even for fun) this place had the worst internet service I have ever experienced from a hotel. There was no way to do any business on the property. In addition, their pool side service took an hour most days just to get a drink. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms were great, but I wouldn't return for these reasons. You're better off staying somewhere else and just visit the property for photos.
Beautiful Hotel, great service at concierge, restaurants, bars and room service!
I love everything about casa malca I will definitely be coming back very soon
