Frustrating Stay
We stayed here on our trip. The staff in the evening and morning weren’t too friendly and didn’t seem like they wanted to be working. Our first room didn’t have working heat so we asked for a new room and we were moved to another one. That room has an entry light that randomly turned on and off even with the switch on off. I asked for a discount the next morning for the light problem which caused sleeping issues. I was told since I booked through Hotels I couldn’t get a credit back. I will say that the hotel was very quiet.

Chilly Night!
It's a nice hotel. Only stayed one night. The only issue I had was the heat in my room did not work. My room was 65 degrees when I walked in (outside temps were cold). I put the heat on and set to 70 degrees. 2 hours later the temp was still 65 degrees. I complained at the front desk, and they immediately assigned me to another room. However, same thing with the new room. Heat was not working. I just snuggled in for the night. Bed was comfortable.

Great place.
Staff was friendly and helpful. When I checked in they applied a discount that I wasn't aware of. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good but it would be nice if they had a waffle maker.
