WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE

The picture on the booking site is so deceiving. It shows you spa spaces and tell you that residents can use the services. We have been to other hotel before with pool and spa tubs all was inclusive of the cost paid. This one charged you like hell and gives you nothing. Holiday ruined. If you put a picture online and made someone paidfor something that you could have got much cheaper somewhere else. They just want to make extra money on top of the high price. The toilet was broken and dirty. I wonder why its called a 4 star when its not even worth for a 2 star. Fooling people thats what they are doing.
